Choosing the comfortable chair that promotes comfort and back support will certainly have a positive effect on your health and grades.

Eat a Healthy Diet - Avoid Junk Food

Many health professionals suggest that students must fuel their brains with a high protein diet. Don’t eat heavy meals before studying, as it makes your brain to contend with your digestive system for blood flow. This will make it difficult for students to pay attention to their classes or completing their research paper assignments, right after lunch. Eat small, healthy, balanced diet, such as fruits, snacks, salads, sandwiches and juices around study time to stay focused.
